1. Product Information

• Nature of Goods: All items are 3D-printed. Due to the nature of 3D printing (FDM/Resin), minor surface textures or layering lines may be visible. These are not defects but a characteristic of the manufacturing process.

• Size Specifications: All standard models are approximately 10cm in height unless otherwise specified in the product description.

• Color Accuracy: Product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

• Final Sale: All products sold on this website are non-refundable and non-returnable.

• Custom Nature: Because our items are 3D-printed specifically for your order, we do not support "change of mind" returns or exchanges.

• Exceptions: Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the product arrives physically damaged during transit. In such cases, a clear unboxing video is mandatory to process a claim.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Processing Time: As each model is 3D-printed to order, please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipping.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): If you choose COD, please ensure the exact amount is available at the time of delivery. Failure to accept a COD order may result in being blacklisted from future purchases.

4. Payments

• All online payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Your bank statement may reflect our registered business name.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Our products are intended for decorative and collectible purposes only. We are not liable for any damage caused by misuse or accidental drops, as 3D-printed materials can be brittle.
